ELEGANT LOWER LEVEL

This lower level was finished by a prior owner back in the 70’s with brown paneling, 12×12 fiber ceiling tiles, peach colored carpet and a wet bar fabricated from plywood and 2×4’s. Darnell-Group gutted everything back to the studs, repaired termite damage and cracks in the foundation, installed a sump pump system, installed a new service panel, new wiring and lighting, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring and trim.
