LOWER LEVEL WALK-OUT

This finished basement was part of a larger water damage restoration project Darnell-Group completed. The new finished basement design incorporated a bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, rec room, an office area, a laundry room and 2 storage areas. The old coal room was converted into a safe room. We gutted this entire basement back to the foundation walls. We repaired cracks and installed a drain tile system around the perimeter of the basement. We also roughed-in for a full bathroom prior to framing the new walls. We rebuilt the stairs to meet Code requirements and replaced 3 broken floor joists above. Installed Energy-Star rated windows and new entry door. New electrical service panel and wiring, new plumbing and hot water heater and a completely new HVAC system.
