OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Darnell-Group built a low maintenance deck with composite decking utilizing a hidden fastener system.. We installed a PVC railing system with black powder coated baulisters and decorative baskets. To light things up in the night, we installed low voltage lighting on all of the post caps

BACKYARD RETREAT
Darnell-Group was contracted by Leawood South to build a retaining wall, install a French drain and change grading to improve drainage from storm water run off. Owner of the townhouse is a repeat client and for their outdoor living space we build them a neighborly fence, a trellis and landscaping to create a backyard oasis for them to enjoy.
Finished Basement ~ St. Charles, MO
LOWER LEVEL WALK-OUT
This finished basement was part of a larger water damage restoration project Darnell-Group completed. The new finished basement design incorporated a bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, rec room, an office area, a laundry room and 2 storage areas. The old coal room was converted into a safe room. We gutted this entire basement back to the foundation walls. We repaired cracks and installed a drain tile system around the perimeter of the basement. We also roughed-in for a full bathroom prior to framing the new walls. We rebuilt the stairs to meet Code requirements and replaced 3 broken floor joists above. Installed Energy-Star rated windows and new entry door. New electrical service panel and wiring, new plumbing and hot water heater and a completely new HVAC system.
